Everyone in the office did a fantastic job of promoting the sale and reassuring us that the sale was on track, with regular feedback and updates. John seemingly has the energy of ten men, and along with his vivacious personality and easy-going nature made him someone who was appealing to us and to potential buyers from the get go. He was always there to offer advice, even from the first moment, his attention to detail shone through at the early stages with recommendations on how best to present our home. He then spent hours with the photographer to present beautiful pictures for the internet as well as coloured flyers and full-page brochures that really showed the very best aspects of our home. At all stages throughout the sales period John was able to give regular advice and updates as to how the sale was progressing. Once our home was advertised on the internet, it was easy to see how hard John had worked behind the scenes, with many people arriving for our open house inspections. In fact, even before the first inspection John had been able to bring a large group of potential buyers through who were unavailable to attend on the opening weekend. His approach was relaxed and he never became overbearing or pushy. In the end, John was able to secure a buyer within the first week of advertisement and at a very pleasing price. We would have no hesitation in recommending John to other potential sellers. He is professional, energetic and very easy to like. Thank you for all of your efforts and good nature.
