Friendly, professional, attentive and informed but the added bonus that John brings to the sale of a property is the ability and willingness to project manage trades, quotes and renovations to the property before marketed for sale. Having attempted this, myself with a previous property it was an arduous, stressful task and even getting trades to turn up and quote (let alone fit in the job) was so difficult. John is wonderful and I wish I engaged him previously.
