From the first chat on the phone to John to let him know we wanted to sell, it was all systems go. He met with the tenants straight away, organised trades to fix up the place, marketing arranged same day, campaign started within 10 days (post house fix-ups) and then 5 offers in less than 5 days. John called me every day with an update and took care of everything. He even went to the trouble of getting his assistant, to drive 40 minutes to a midway point so we could get contracts signed in one day (me being in Sydney CBD). Absolutely amazing experience and I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to pull this off in record time. Add to this the fact that I knew John had my back and would be the ideal negotiator. I also really appreciated his boundless enthusiasm, energy, sense of humour and professionalism. The end results speak for themselves - we couldn't have hoped for a better result but when John sets his mind to something you are guaranteed to get the best outcome. I would recommend John in a heartbeat to sell your property or to buy from (I've done both).
