John helped my wife and me acquire our new home in Thirroul. Apart from being a very engaging individual with an easygoing manner and great communication skills, what impressed me most about John was his attention to some very basic ideals which made the process so easy for us. He was timely in his responses, always contacting us within the time frame promised—even if there was no news. We were never left to wonder. If he was unavailable for a call, he would get back to us very quickly.

Whilst he clearly had the interests of his client as his top priority, this did not detract from his ability to work with us for a great outcome. He also reasons well, pointing out things that were relevant to us given our personal circumstances. John worked hard to accommodate our needs, arranging three viewings back-to-back on short notice. He was very professional, and at times when some agents may be tempted to reveal a little more about sensitive price points, he remained steadfast.

To me, John seems to have all the attributes that make a great agent, and I would have no hesitation using him myself in the future or recommending him to others.
