You’re in Safe Hands

After only buying my property off John via an auction in which was an absolute peak market, I decided quickly that it was not the location for me and my plans long term about where I wanted to live had changed. When I discussed this with John he was great straight away and insisted I take some time to really think if this was the right choice. He was great at listening to me and understanding my motivation for wanting to sell and never once pushed me into listing it. I always felt comfortable with John and I could really see apart from the fact he is a real estate agent it was apparent he really wants to help people and he really cares about his clients. I was previously one of those people who always thought real estate agents were sneaky and all about the bottom dollar but John totally changed my mind and changed my perception of that. When my property first went on the market the market was slowing as Christmas was approaching and I had nonstop rain at my open homes, I felt very discouraged. John didn’t talk me into accepting a low offer. He talked me through the benefit of taking it off the market until the New Year and things picked up. He advised me the exact time to put it back on the market and some changes at my house (which including him turning up after hours with a truck and a co-worker and moving and storing all my excess furniture at his friend’s house). I realised his experience in the industry really shone through in his knowledge and advice and his ideas were spot on! Anyway, after only a week or so John secured me a great price and lead me through the process in a fashion I felt comfortable with and supported the whole time. A lot of people say selling a house is one of the most stressful things in life and I agree it can be and I have brought and sold a number of times here and overseas, but without a doubt I can say overall, I really had a faultless campaign and a great result thanks purely to John.
