Friendly, professional, attentive and informed but the added bonus that John brings to the sale of a property is the ability and willingness to project manage trades, quotes and renovations to the property before marketed for sale. After only buying my property off John via an auction in which was an absolute peak market, I decided quickly that it was not the location for me and my plans long term about where I wanted to live had changed. When I discussed this with John he was great straight away and insisted I take some time to really think if this was the right choice. He was great at listening to me and understanding my motivation for wanting to sell and never once pushed me into listing it. I always felt comfortable with John and I could really see apart from the fact he is a real estate agent it was apparent he really wants to help people and he really cares about his clients. On behalf of my elderly parents, I had to sell their house quickly as they had entered nursing homes and money was required to pay dad's deposit.
